Refund policy
All items are made to order. Because of this, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item?
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@maroonmercantile.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue (and packaging if damaged). Once approved, we’ll provide a replacement or refund at no cost.
Return instructions
Do not send items back without contacting us first. If a return is required, we’ll provide the correct return instructions and address.
Refunds
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We don’t offer standard exchanges. If you need help choosing a size, contact us before ordering.
