Shipping Policy (Maroon Mercantile)

Made-to-order production time

All items are made to order. After you place an order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. During peak periods, production may take longer.

Shipping time (after your order ships)

Shipping time begins once your order has shipped (after production). Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery estimates (after shipment):

• U.S. Standard: 3–7 business days

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may be unable to reship it without additional shipping and/or re-fulfillment costs.

Delays, lost, or stolen packages

Carrier delays can occur outside our control. If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package, check with your local carrier and nearby delivery locations first.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact support@maroonmercantile.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
